Ivan Richard Bacchus passed away May 19, 2010 in Lake Havasu City, AZ at the age of 91. He was born to Rahim and Sarah (Low-A-Sam) Bacchus on March 16, 1919 in Richmond, Guyana.Ivan married his beloved bride, Louise Charlotte Wilke on September 29, 1985 and together they made Lake Havasu their home ten years ago from Silver Spring, MD. He spent most of his years as a chemist for a paint company and was an Anglican.Ivan leaves behind his beloved wife of almost 25 years, Louise C. Powell of Lake Havasu City, AZ; sons, David Gary Bacchus of Washington and Richard Bacchus of Kansas City, MO; daughter, Lisa Bacchus of Poughkeepsie, NY; brothers, Peter Nigel Bacchus of Florida, Basil Bacchus and Raham Bacchus; one sister Iris Vieira and five grandchildren.Services will be held at a later date at Southwest Baptist Church.
