Virginia (Honey) Carol GeseVirginia Carol Gese passed away peacefully on August 30, 2010 at Quick Adult Foster Care in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Virginia (Honey) was born June 2, 1927 to John and Eva (Hein) Weber in Aberdeen, SD.Virginia married Frank Gese on June 26, 1947 and they lived in Aberdeen, SD until 1991 when they moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ to be closer to their grandchildren and great grandchildren. Virginia worked at Artz Camera Store in Aberdeen for 35 years as a photo developer and made many great friends along the way. Honey raised one son, Marvin, and she devoted her life to her family.Virginia (Honey) leaves behind her daughter-in-law Marie Zimmerman Gese of Lake Havasu City; her grandchildren, Jeffery Gese of Seligman, AZ, Carmen (Chris) Hogard of Lake Havasu City, Darin Gese of Las Vegas, NV, great grandchildren, Brittany Hogard, Zachary Hogard, Ryan Gese and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Frank, son Marvin, five brothers and one sister.A memorial gathering will be held to celebrate Virginia's life on Saturday, September 11, 2010 at 4018 Window Rock Road in Lake Havasu City from 2 to 4pm.The family would like to thank New Hope Hospice and Juanita Quick for their great care and compassion.
