Obituary of Lyle ERNST

Lyle Lester Ernst was called home to his heavenly Father on September 25, 2010. He was born to Lester and Evelyn Ernst on September 6, 1939, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.Lyle was the co-founder of the Havasu Gold Seekers and an active member of the Lake Havsu Gem & Mineral Society. He was the happiest when searching for gold or telling someone where to find it. Most conversations revolved around gold prospecting. He had a heart of gold, a good and kind man.He leaves behind his beloved wife of 40 years, Kathy Ernst: mother-in-law, Marcie Zastrow: brother-in law and sister-in-law, Joseph Panhans Jr. and Karen Panhans; godson and nephew, Paul Panhans; nephew, Jeffery Panhans and his wife Mary Panhans; sister, Lydia Bailey; niece, Rosie Herman.
