William "Bill" Manning Ressel Jr. passed away on February 14, 2014 at Joan and Diane Hospice in Kingman Arizona. He was born to William and Lillian Ressel in Houston Texas on February 2, 1928.
Bill was an architect/designer and enjoyed collecting art from all over the world and gardening. Bill stayed very busy was always creating something.
Donations in Bill's memory can be made to The Wounded Warriors Project, the local VFW, or Mutt Matchers.
