So very sorry to hear about Ted and Marty. Nancy, thanks for letting me know. I called my brother, Ted's good friend, Ken Nyquist in Alaska. He was also saddened to hear of the loss. Ken and Ted (and Clay and Dennis) became friends in the early 1950s in Kalispell, Montana. Ken and Ted left Kalispell to join the Navy together as buddies. If I remember correctly, Ted had flat feet and was not accepted. Ken and Ted were in contact off and on in many locations for all these years. Ted will be missed. We offer our sympathy to you all. I am so glad we were able to visit before we left Lake Havasu City a few years ago. .........Marge (Nyquist) Mero and Gordon Mero. (Gordon was also in H.S. with Ted)
