ZELMA ELOISE MORRIS EBACH passed away peacefully at Polidori House in Lake Havasu City on November 1, 2010. She was born on March 30, 1920, in Lufkin, Louisiana, to Alice (Lay) and Fred Morris.Zelma worked for Chrysler Corporation in Ann Arbor, Michigan, for 33 years as a buyer/expediter. In the mid-60s Zelma and her sister Margie visited Lake Havasu on one of McCulloch's infamous vacation/sales pitch tours and loved the area so much they purchased a lot and both later retired to Lake Havasu City in 1981. She was one of the 5 co-founders of the London Bridge Republican Women's Club in Lake Havasu.She is survived by her son, Eddie Morris Ebach and his wife, Georgean of Lake Havasu City; grandchild, Brian Ebach, his wife Michele, and two great-grandchildren, Jesse and Cody of Orange Park, Florida; two sisters, Margie Morris of Lake Havasu City and Freddie Hansen; niece Sheri Hansen Schultz and nephew Todd Hansen of Ann Arbor, MichiganZelma requested no services, and that contributions be made Hospice of Havasu, PO Box 597, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86405 in lieu of flowers. She will be interred at Havasu Memorial Gardens.Thoughts and condolences may be submitted to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.com Arrangements were placed under the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
