Robert Clifton Howe, 83, of Kingman passed away December 1, 2015. He was born in Washington Court House, OH to George and Jane Howe.
He is survived by his wife Roweana Howe; son Keith Howe, Honolulu, HI and brother Loren Howe, Boulder City, NV.
Robert is preceded in death by his sister Annalee Howe Fackler.
Robert will be interred at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punch Bowl, in Honolulu HI.
