Edward John Hoffmeister passed away January 11, 2011 at his residence in Lake Havasu City, AZ."Jack" as he was known to his family and friends made Lake Havasu his home in 1992 from Huntington Beach, CA. He was loved by everyone because he was so nice and mild mannered.Jack leaves behind his life partner, Michael Baszanda; niece Denham Grearson and her husband Lloyd and grandniece Glory Lena and her husband Christopher and their children Avery and Peter.A celebration of Jack's life will be held on April 21, 2011 at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to Hospice of Havasu, PO Box 597, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86405.Thoughts and condolences may be submitted to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.com Arrangements were placed under the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
