Margo "Margaret" Grace BasyeMargo was born in Whitby, Ontario, Canada July 29, 1941 and raised in Cobourg, Ontario, Canada. She is preceded in death by her parents Margaret and Art Steele and brother Bill Steele. She is survived by her loving husband Jerry "Gerald" Basye and best friend and very devoted love of her life! Margo has two daughters-Pam tenBroeke of Las Vegas and Penny(Mark) Aldrich of Media, PA. Three grandchildren-James Motz who is serving in the Army, Haley tenBroeke of Las Vegas and Faith Aldrich of Media, PA.sisters Dorothy (Donald) Price and Lois (William) Balfour and brother Raymond (Benge) Steele. Margo immigrated to the United States in mid 60's and lived in Southern, California (10 yrs), Rochester, New York for 27 years then Melbourne, Florida for 3 years and Lake Havasu City, AZ for the past 9 years. She has gained many many frends wherever she resided and has kept in touch. Margo was a very active lady, she was involved in roller skating, line dancing, Bunco Clubs, church activities, card craft classes, playing piano, singing, shopping trips with girlfriends, loved playing slots, also playing Zilch with her many friends. Energetic and always smiling, making the best of life regardless of what she had been dealt, always maintained a very positive attitude. There will be a memorial service held at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home, Lake Havasu City, AZ. at 10 AM on Friday April 1, 2011.In lieu of flowers all donations can be sent to: First southern Baptist Church of Yucca, AZ.
