Nancy Jo Stitt passed away on April 9, 2011 at her home in Lake Havasu City at the age of 59. Jo, as she was known to her family and friends, was born on September 21, 1951 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Eldridge and MaryLou (Childress) Bryant.Being a Military wife, Jo and her family moved frequently. They moved to Arizona 28 years ago and lived in Sierra Vista while her husband Larry was stationed at Ft. Huachuca. They made Lake Havasu City their permanent home 15 years ago. Jo and Larry became members of the Moose, Elks Lodge, American Legion and VFW Post 9401. Jo enjoyed painting and doing all types of crafts. She played Bingo and was an avid bowler belonging to the bowling league. She was a member of the Havasu Bible Fellowship Church. She also loved the lake, going boating or having a picnic on the beach.Jo is survived by her daughters Rebbeca Stitt Davis and Jennifer DeAnn Stitt, both of Phoenix, Arizona; sister Ruth Ellen Bryant Ulmer of Pullman, Michigan; brother Wesley Ray Bryant of Cabot, Arkansas; four grandchildren Dezerai Stitt, BreAuna Davies, Corey Michael Davis, and Larry Adam Reedy and 1 great grandchild Kennedy Lynn Reedy.No services will be held.
