Ralph Emerson Justason passed away on Sunday April 17, 2011 at his residence in Lake Havasu City at the age of 91. Ralph was born on November 14, 1919 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada to William and Denise (Hoover) Justason.Ralph was inducted into the United States Army on October 26, 1942 and began active service on November 9th. He proudly served his country and was honorably discharged on January 12, 1946 holding the rank of Sergeant.Ralph and his wife Ruth resided in Shelton, Washington until 7 years ago they made Lake Havasu City their new home. Ralph loved working on and restoring old cars and was a member of the Vintage Car Club as well as the American Legion Post 81 and Elks Lodge 2399, both of Lake Havasu City.Ralph is survived by his loving wife of 46 years Lela Ruth Justason, son Eugene Mosley of Little Rock, Arkansas; daughters Julia Clark of Yuma, Arizona and Linda Justason; sister Jan Ystrom of Studio City, California; granddaughter Kelli and great grandson Owen.No services will be held. The family asks that donations be made in Ralph's name to the Lake Havasu Fire Department.Thoughts and condolences may be submitted to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.com Arrangements were placed under the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
