Mildred Ruth Hill July 18, 1922 - February 26, 2014 Mildred Ruth Hill passed away February 26, 2014 in Lake Havasu City, AZ at the age of 91. She was born July 18, 1922 in Los Angeles, California to Strange Brooks and Ester (Moore) Brooks. Mildred lived in Big Bear, CA 17 years then moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ were she resided for the past 11 years. Mildred was an avid reader, loved gardening and her country music. Mildred is survived by her sons, William Hill of Lake Havasu City, AZ; Robert Hill of Rio Vista, California; two grandchildren David & Stephen Hill and four great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by daughter-in-law, Teresa Hill, Williams wife who passed away 2 years ago.
