Obituary of William LABOUFF

William I. La Bouff passed away on Thursday May 12, 2011 at his residence in Lake Havasu City at the age of 74. Bill was born on March 16, 1937 in Alhambra, California to John and Mary (Winterbottom) La Bouff.Prior to moving to Lake Havasu City 20 years ago, Bill and his wife Lorraine lived in West Covina, CA where Bill was a member of the West Covina Elks. He was also a 35 year member of Local #78 with the Southern California Pipe Trade and he retired as Reserve Commander of the West Covina Police Force. He most recently worked as a Jailer for the Lake Havasu City Police Department.Bill is survived by his loving wife of 54 years Lorraine "Lorri" La Bouff; son William La Bouff of Long Beach, CA; daughter Victoria Schmitz of San Clemente, CA; sisters Rose Smith and Alice Bartkowicz, both of Lake Havasu City, and grandchildren Jordan and Spencer Schmitz. He was preceded in death by his brothers John, Charles and Tom La Bouff.In accordance with Bill's wishes no services will be held.
