Obituary of Donna WENDT

Donna Gayle Wendt passed away on Thursday May 19, 2011 in Lake Havasu City at the age of 86. Donna was born on October 19, 1924 in Petersburg, Nebraska to Julius and Lila (Meisel) Diers.Donna and her husband William moved to Lake Havasu City in 1981 from Katy, Texas. Donna was a Certified Braille Transcriber by the Library of Congress. For 40 years, Donna volunteered her time transcribing school books for children and young adults. She was a member of Mt. Olive Lutheran Church and enjoyed playing bridge in her spare time.Donna is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, William Robert Wendt and daughter Nancy Wendt of Bishop, CA.Memorial services will be held on Tuesday May 24, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Mt.
