Obituary of Alfred SHORT

ALFRED EDWARD SHORT Alfred Edward Short 81, passed away in Lake Havasu City, AZ. on July 9, 2011. He was born on September 2, 1929 in Stryker, OH to Elmer and Jeanette (Yoder) Short. Alfred was a manufacturing factory worker, moving to Lake Havasu City from Maumee, OH 31 years ago. He was a longtime member of Stonebridge Christian Fellowship and he loved playing the harmonica, singing hymns and woodworking. Alfred is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Lucille Short of Lake Havasu City, AZ; son Mark Short and his wife Pam of Lake Havasu City, AZ; grandson Matthew Short of Milwaukee, MI; great grandchildren Charissa and Lucas. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Joseph and his sisters Margaret and Evelyn. Memorial will be held on Saturday July 23, 2011 at 4 PM at Stonebridge Christian Fellowship Church with words of comfort by Pastor Richard Tatham.
