I am deeply sorry for your loss. In times like these it is comforting to know the Almighty God Jehovah brings comfort to those in times of grief. In Revelation 21:3, 4 tells us that death, pain and sorrow will be gone forever. At John 11:25 teaches us that we will see our dead loved ones again here on a paradise earth.
