June Marie Deluca passed away August 25, 2011 in Lake Havasu City, AZ at the age of 81. She was born to Walter and Dora Goldrick June 17, 1930 in Euclid, OH. June moved from Cleveland, OH to Torrance, CA in 1950. She worked at T.M.I. as an accountant where she met her husband Mel for the first time. They married in 1971 spending 40 years together. Mel and June started spending weekends in Havasu Springs in their mobile home in 1971 and decided to move to Lake Havasu City in April 1978 where they owned and operated DeLuca Marine and Sporting from 1978 to 1990. June loved to waterski, play golf, do crafts and was an avid reader and excellent painter. She loved and adored cats especially her cats Bozo, LuLu and LaiLai. June leaves behind her husband Carmelo "Mel", of Lake Havasu City, AZ; her sons Michael Williams (Juliana) and Mario DeLuca; daughter Carolyn Kreft; niece Gladys (Hugh) Leo; 2 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Services will be held at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home Thursday September 1, 2011 at 6:00 PM. Officiating will be Pastor Jim Price.
