Mrs. Cannon, I am heartbroken at the loss of Duane. And I am heartbroken at your loss. He was my friend, I loved him and he was the best guitar player I ever knew. I used to BBQ outside for us and we would sit in the patio and play for hours and have so much fun. I loved watching him play. I'm so grateful for the time with him and he was so good and kind to my little daughter. You and your family will remain in my families thoughts and prayers. It is at these times in our lives, hard as it is to do, that we have to simply let go and let God carry us. You must have been a wonderful Mother.

I was so saddened when I heard about Duane, I was beside myself with grief. He was my closest friend, as well as the rest of the Sheehan family. Martha, Lorry, and Neil, along with the entire Cannon family, words cannot describe my sincerest condolences for your loss. His passing was a great loss to all of us. I have never met anyone before so true to his passions as Duane and I am doubtful I ever will. Duane was a brother to me and I feel he has brought us all together as a family. I will remember for the rest of my life. I will miss him deeply. Sincerely, Devin Sheehan

I am Mike McClellan's ("ADD") mom. Although Mike is away right now, I know that he would give anything to be able to attend the services. I do know he is heart-broken over the loss of Duane, one of his closest friends and favorite people in the world.
