Please share a memory of Cindi to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Dr. Cindi Ann Costa passed away November 3, 2011 in Lake Havasu City, AZ at the age of 54. She was born to Lloyd and Ruth (Vowell) Skinner on June 28, 1957 in Riverside, CA. Cindi originally moved to Lake Havasu when she was 13, and left to attend Pepperdine University in California in 1975. She returned to Lake Havasu 14 years ago where she continued her graduate degrees through NAU, and in the last year received her Doctorate. She also taught at Mohave Community College for over ten years. Cindi spent the last 10 years of her life with her best friend Louis Costa and they married on September 25, 2007. She was a voracious reader and loved riding her Harley Davidson, but her greatest joy was spending time with her grandbaby, Kali, and the rest of her family. Cindi leaves behind her mother, Ruth Graham; husband of four years, Louis F. Costa of Lake Havasu; sons, Cory Harrison of Saugerties, NY and Justin Harrison of Lake Havasu, plus an extended family of 8 children; and a total of 24 grandchildren; closest friend, Deana Chandler, and biker friends, Lucy, Charla, Peggy and MJ. Thoughts and condolences may be submitted to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.com. Arrangements were placed under the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
