Obituary of Billy SANDERS

Billy Roger Sanders passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2011 in Lake Havasu City, AZ at the age of 76. He was born on September 30, 1935 in Canaan, AR to Audra and Myrtle (Skelton) Sanders. Billy and his wife Margarette made Lake Havasu City their home 14 years ago, moving here from Walnut, CA. Billy was able to pursue his favorite pastimes among them were boating, fishing and golfing. He was also an avid car enthusiast and enjoyed attending classic car shows. Billy was a special person and will be deeply missed by all who were privileged to know him. Billy is survived by his wife of 18 years, Margarette; daughters, Linda Sarancha and her husband Rick of Upland, CA and Leslie Viera and her husband Richard of Boulder City, NV; sister, Nancy Chandler of Alabama; grandchildren, Stephanie Sarancha, Ryaan Sarancha, Billy Viera and Dylan Viera and great grandchildren, Brandon and Madison. A visitation will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2011 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. Services will follow at 3:00 PM with Pastor Larry Green officiating. Graveside services will be held on Friday, November 18, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, CA.
