Obituary of Lorraine Jeans
Please share a memory of Lorraine to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Lorraine Adrienne Jeans, 80, a homemaker passed away on December 1, 2011. She was a resident of Lake Havasu City for 35 years. She was born July 12, 1931, in Lewiston, Maine, to her parents Alfreda Tulip and William Auger.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ronnie Jeans, 1982, her son, Bill Jeans, April 7, 2005, and her brother Clifford Auger.
She leaves behind a sister, Jackie Couture of Boulder City, Nevada, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Her sister, Jackie, wanted all to know that Lorraine loved shopping and was a people person. She was a very loving and caring wife, mother, sister and aunt. Lorraine was loved by all and will be missed.
Louise Wanciak, Eddie Darnell, Mary Bergunder, and Diane McGough would like to say a special goodbye.
Her cousin, Judy Honeycutt, got reacquainted with her Aunt Lorraine a few years ago after a long separation and wanted all to know that Lorraine was a gracious hostess who made her feel welcome in her home. It is clear to Judy that Lorraine loved all and was fiercely loyal. Judy's favorite memories include Lorraine's terrific soup, just hearing her voice on the phone, and receiving cards with thoughtful words.
Eric Morin, Lorraine's "adopted" son, would like all to know that for him, personally, it was a joy to know the Jeans family. They were close and joyous friends. After Ronnie passed away, Lorraine and Billy were embraced by the Morin Family and together they spent many happy times. Now that the last of the Jeans family has passed, they will be dearly missed.
