Kay Marion Pazdziesz, 64, passed away June 11, 2004 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born to Harry and Theresa (Petroff) Evanoff on February 26, 1940 in Erie, PA.Kay moved to Lake Havasu 4 years ago from San Diego, CA where she worked as a military recruit clerk for the Federal Government for 5 years.Kay is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Victor; brothers, Harry Evanoff of Erie, PA, Jack Evanoff of Avantura, FL; sisters, Anita DeFonzo, Florence Weed, both of Erie, PA, Marilyn Voronduas of Brantford, Ontario and Matrina Berry of Avantura, FL. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 16, 10:00 AM at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. Interment will follow the services at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens.The family respectfully requests in lieu of flowers, donations to go to American Parkinson Disease Foundation, 710 West 168th St., New York, NY 10032.Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
